RETURN AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
At tú mi arte we want you to be satisfied with the artwork you have purchased. Our return policy is 8 days from the day it arrives at your shipping destination. Please contact (insert here) to initiate a refund. After 8 days from when it arrives at your shipping destination, we will no longer be able to refund your purchase. Damage If your item arrives in a shipping container that is damaged, please take a photo of the shipping container prior to opening it or no refund will be issued. Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the item. If your item arrives damaged inside the shipping container but no damage was present on the shipping container, please take a photo and contact us within 8 days of the item arriving at your shipping destination.
In order to be eligible for a return, the article must be in the same conditions in which you received it and in its original packaging.
The following items are non-refundable items:
-Gift Certificates
-Downloadable products
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain scenarios in which only partial reimbursements are given:
-Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our error.
-Any item that is returned eight or more days after the delivery date.
Reimbursements:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your reimbursement.
If it is approved, the reimbursement will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a period of the 30 days after receiving the returned item.

If you haven´t received a reimbursement, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank.
Often there is a processing time before a reimbursement appears in your statement.

Items for sale
We can only issue reimbursements for items purchased at regular price. Sale items cannot be returned.
Replacements
We only replace articles if they are damaged or present defects apart from the regular inconsistencies proper to original artwork. Being original art work, it can not be repeated exactly, but it could be replaced by a similar piece. If you need to replace the item you acquired, contact us for further directions.
Shipment and returns
In order to return your item, it must be sent by mail to the address you will be provided.
The shipment costs are non-refundable.
Depending where you live, the time that it will take to receive the replacement product can vary.
The item must be insured for shipping and has to be trackable. Failure to comply with the above could mean an impossibility to guarantee that we’ll receive the returned item.
